This is an old Japanese-style inn that can be used as a “home in the countryside” where you can feel nostalgic and warm.

It will be an inn that can be rented out as a whole building, so you can stay lively. Consecutive nights and long stays are also welcome.

Please feel free to contact us as we can guide you through a farming experience with the help of a local farmer known as a rice-producing region.

​

It is also convenient as a sightseeing base for Sawara, a water town full of Edo atmosphere, Kanzaki-cho, the village of fermentation, and Katori Jingu, Ikusu Jinja, and Kashima Jingu, which are called the three shrines of Togoku.

<Accommodation fee>

Whole building rental Weekdays 20,000 yen Days before holidays & peak season 25,000 yen (including 10% consumption tax)

There are two rooms, one with 14 tatami mats and the other with 6 tatami mats, and can accommodate up to 5 people.

​No charge for babies who do not need a futon. (Same price as adults for infants and preschoolers who need a futon)

Pets can be accommodated (add 2000 yen per pet if there are more than 5 people including pets)

<About meals>

​

Nekozaemon Okuyashiki is a single inn where you can bring your own food, including alcoholic beverages.

Basic seasonings are provided. 100 yen for 2 cups of delicious local rice.

Rental of BBQ stove is 2,000 yen including charcoal and ignition agent. ohEnjoy in the garden.​

<About the bath>

​

The bath at Nekozaemon Okuzashiki is a small family bath. Please take turns calling out to each other.

​Shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo are available. Bath towel set rental 200 yen.

​We can introduce you to public baths in the area, so please contact us.​
